Access Plus PLC announces that it has today made application for 582,017 new
ordinary shares of 10p each to be admitted to trading on AIM.  Included in the
582,017 new shares are 200,000 shares being issued to Peter Houston, the
Company's finance director, pursuant to the exercise of his share options
granted in September 1997 with an exercise price of 170p per share.  Admission
of the new shares, which are being issued pursuant to the exercise of share
options, is expected to take place on 17 November 2003.



Access Plus now has 18,628,710 ordinary shares of 10p each in issue.
