Application has today been made for the admission of 162,562 new ordinary shares
of 1p each to trading on AIM. The new ordinary shares have been allotted as part
of the consideration due for the acquisition of the entire issued ordinary share
capital of Reverse Take-Over Investments plc.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company and dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares
on 16 June 2003.

Application has today been made for the admission of 65,794 new warrants to
subscribe for new ordinary shares at 2.75p per share to trading on AIM. The new
warrants have been allotted as part of the consideration due for the acquisition
of the issued warrants of Reverse Take-Over Investments plc.

Dealings in the new warrants are expected to commence on 16 June 2003.
