The Company announced on 26 September 2007 that it had delayed the IPO of its
investee company MarineTrack pending a decision in respect of certain contract
negotiations. Whilst the outcome of these negotiations remains ongoing, Zyzygy
has decided to proceed with the flotation of Marine Track with admission to AIM
expected to take place by the end of 2007.

The Company is also pleased to announce that another investee company, NiceTech
Limited, continues to make good progress with its Tronji contract and remains on
schedule to complete the game for Spring 2008, to coincide with the broadcast
launch of Tronji on CBBC. NiceTech will be presenting Tronji at BAFTA's "Working
With Games" conference on 23 October 2007. Further information may be obtained
