Greetings Chinese Investor

I wait and hope but assume that my ZYZ shareholding is virtually worthless. Whether to blame anyone other than myself (for gullibility) is a question which hangs at present.

ZYZ have been looking at a number of propositions for quite a period of time, but they have been unable to consummate a deal. They had one very interesting proposition recently but it went elsewhere.

In any event, the level of dilution will see old holders decimated.

asmo,

ZYZ is still alive, but the potential deal they are looking at is taking longer than they had hoped. Sounds like a few heads need banging together!

EIRX are looking to add to their pipeline, but nothing concrete to add at the moment.

Thanks for the link, Chinese. I see this is dated 9th Sept. 2011, so Zyz was expected to join Plus last month. And, are you saying that you have discovered that Zyz has no debts, or BWA? Surely, all we as shareholders are concerned, it is how Zyz itself is doing, rather than BWA?

When BWA do another ZYZ Rights Issue (or Open Offer) then, because there are no Liabilities, they may be more successful than last time.

Looks as though there could still be some hope for long suffering holders of ZYZ ,most of whom, have probably written off the holdings in their P/Fs?

This is a quick clip from Plus Quoted BWA 's (0.65p) latest Company Update(5/9/11).BWA's history is also a bit "iffy" but they have managed to survive & seem to be moving forward. They describe themselves as "essentially a vehicle for the directors' various skills, which encompass successful early investment, commercial management & corporate finance".

BWA has a Mkt Cap of £0.69M & they value their investment portfolio at approx £323K(Quoted £118K,unquoted £205K)Board members have a variety of other interests including- Richard Battersby-Director of RENSBURG AIM VCT and Alex Borrelli - Non exec Chairman ABLON GROUP & Non exec Director STRATEGIC MINERALS.

What the future holds is anyone's guess though.

"Zyzygy's AIM listing was cancelled in 2009 and a corporate rescue was affected by BWA,whose Richard Battersby & James Butterfield joined the Board.

BWA holds 90 million shares that were acquired for £90,000,which represents an average entry price of 0.10p.

The Board helped turn Zyzygy round & in return now hold 27.5 per cent.

ZYZYGY is now targeting investment opportunities in oil & gas, mining & media and intends to become a PLUS quoted stock within 6 months.

BWA also holds a one per cent holding in COMPUTER MEDIA COMPANY(Investment of £20K),a Cambridge based software company which recently finished the creation of Tronji for the BBC.

I was at an AGM today, and met Peter Hoskins (for the first time), and just on leaving, I said I am a Zyz shareholder, and immediately he said words to the effect of "don't give up hope yet; watch this space!" So I won't, and I will!

Should not read much into getting your share certs back I have held all my shares in cert form for many years, about two months ago I transfered them into a nominee A/C,they sent the zyz ones back and said they could not transfer them.
