Zytronic plc notifies the market that, further to the exercise of options by an employee of the Company during March, the Company's issued share capital as at 31 March 2016 is 15,429,528 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 15,429,528.

The above figure of 15,429,528 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
