05/3/2007 11:28 | IT IS STARTED!!!!!!!! Zone-IP Ltd ("Zone-IP" or the "Company") Directorate change The Company announces that Naamit Salomon has resigned as a director of the Company, with immediate effect, due to conflicts of interest with other directorships that she holds. The Company intends to appoint a new independent non-executive director as soon as practicable. Naamit Salomon has been the vice president, Finance of Formula Systems Ltd. since august 1997. Also serves as a director of Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. There will be some reverse takeover, takeover, or other between Zone-ip and Formula Systems or Magic Software. I think it will go from one of them to Zone-ip because Emblaze and Co. are holders of almost 90% in zone-ip and much less at Formula Systems. But Magic is as well a candidate. Remember the appointment of Eli to its board. And some Non-Executive Directors of Zone-ip are as well in Magic. NEW TRICKS ARE COMING. | eenmakkie
27/2/2007 13:40 | Ericthecat, thats what they told us on the reverse takeover. I do not think they are still profitable especialy without of 6 months any news or new contract. They told me there would come a new upgrade of a software out in February but it is already the end of February and no news came out. | eenmakkie
26/2/2007 21:45 | vcon, is profitable;-) | ericthecat
21/2/2007 23:17 | Maybe ADA can buy with our money back ZIP, so it stays in the familie. LOL | eenmakkie
21/2/2007 10:59 | Huge without customer the technology is rip for a company to buy with no old deals to support, so above in that senario is a positive thing, | par12
20/2/2007 09:38 | PAR12, I think ZIP looks the worst of the bunch. Then ORCA (revenues have collapsed). Both ADA and VDI look excellent as market caps covered by cash and showing strong revenue growth (especially VDI). | hugepants
20/2/2007 09:31 | yes I know, it is to quit out there. Did you already tried to phone ZIP? Or email? | eenmakkie
19/2/2007 20:06 | Orca and ADA I think will come good; but yep ZIP and VDI is both a question mark; With this as the largest; I hope 1) Orca first then I will put the profits into ADA 2) ADA is next, then all those profits into VDI 3) VDI goes then I am not sure if its time to call it a day as ZIP I have lost all confidence with | par12
19/2/2007 19:50 | Yes we are stuck in here!!!! So PAR12 you also got this share? Looks like at the moment ORCA is the only "one" with hopes for the near future to make any gains and oportunity to stepp out. ADA will be some months of patience and ZIP??????? | eenmakkie
19/2/2007 08:04 | here we go again | par12
16/2/2007 15:56 | No trades and it still wants to fall | par12
15/2/2007 23:39 | They told me on the phone they would come out with a new software in February. Its already the 15th and still no news. I wonder why it is so quiet out there? | eenmakkie
15/2/2007 13:35 | british bear Now this really is what you call a cr@p stock. When the rally comes you may get 25% of your money back If it does , take it | new_scally
12/2/2007 10:44 | RNS Number:0783R Adamind Ltd 12 February 2007 Adamind Limited (Adamind or the "Company") Company Update The Company has been informed by the Financial Services Authority ("FSA") of the appointment of investigators on its behalf under the provisions of section 168 (3) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 as a result of sections 168 (2)(a) and (d) of that Act. maybe we will also get an investigation in the practice of Emblaze trading in this company....???? | eenmakkie
31/1/2007 10:26 | RNS Number: 8608D Ki-Bi mobile Technologies Ltd. 31 May 2006 proposed acquisition of Emblaze Vcon Ltd. Current trading and prospects of the Enlarged Group Emblaze V CON's current trading continues to be in line with the budget for the financial year ending 31 December 2006. The Directors have been encouraged by the progresswhich Emblaze V CON has demonstrated in strengthening and improving its leadership position in IP based videoconferencing, especially in light of the growth of the videoconferencing infrastructure systems market. As a result of these efforts, Emblaze V CON has commercially proven its products, is expected to lauch new products during 2006, has successfully expanded its customer base and has managed to build up a strong pipeline of potential business. The Company may consider additional acquisitions in the IP field in the future. Now, if any sphere of activity, performance of its business, or expectation of its performance has changed the AIM company must issue notification without delay. But they didn't made any notification, so business should be as descibed in the prospect above!? (any coments on this) | eenmakkie
30/1/2007 19:45 | General disclosure of price sensitive information 11. An AIM company must issue notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge concerning a change in: ¨ its financial condition; ¨ its sphere of activity; ¨ the performance of its business; or ¨ its expectation of its performance, which, if made public, would be likely to lead to a substantial movement in the price of its AIM securities. | eenmakkie
29/1/2007 16:11 | diggsy your post by Diggsy - 13 Nov'05 - 12:38 - 418 of 828 can you remember if the big trades were off market? sell price 169.388 0,36 200.000 0,45 215.306 0,45 250.102 0,3 580.100 0,441 630.100 0,443 752.784 0,33 2.797.780 0,3954 average buy (here are probably some traded of small investors in) 153.571 0,45 253.673 0,4 285.102 0,45 353.850 0,45 357.142 0,45 460.204 0,45 820.408 0,45 2.683.950 0,4452 average this makes about equal for the books of the market maker but then 11/11/05 09:11 45.0 800,000 O 43.0 45.0 Buy this is (also one of Emblaze) and together with the rest makes for the 3,366,273 shares Emblaze did buy on the open market prior 12 november 2005 11/11/05 16:19 45.0 800,000 O 40.0 45.0 Buy 11/11/05 16:19 43.68 4,911,210 O 40.0 45.0 Buy these two trades had to be off market otherwise the market maker is still big short in these shares. But who bought them and why are they not metioned in the announcement of Released 08:46 01-Jun-06 prior TO ADMISSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH AIM RULE 2 Actualy if you read post of 4graham - 10 Feb'06 - 08:23 - 702 of 828 Emblaze did buy 2.400.000 shares on 11 nov06 so the 3 big trades where not from Emblaze. (maybe are cross trades) Probably they are the shares that were needed to make the majority of the two EGM 10 January 2006 to appoint five new Directors to the Board. And the EGM of 12 july 06 to pass the reverse takeover. On 18 july 06 Emblaze bought 7,124,205. Probably they paid more than 0,45£ for the shares | eenmakkie
29/1/2007 13:45 | Is someone has more usefull info about the share ownership or price they paid, please post it. Has some one the IPO prospectus of Ki-Bi, I didn't prited it out back then and now can not find it anymore on the internet? There is the info about the shares prior the newly issued at IPO, the shares that Emblaze had before the IPO and the investments they did in Ki-Bi prior IPO. It is the missing part here. | eenmakkie
29/1/2007 13:36 | check out this, the Emblaze family stays the same: Naamit Salomon has served as our vice president, finance since August 1997. Ms. Salomon also serves as a director of Magic, Sapiens, BluePhoenix and Ki-Bi Mobile Technologies Ltd. From 1990 through August 1997, Ms. Salomon was a controller of two large, privately held companies in the Formula Group. Ms. Salomon holds a BA degree in economics and business administration from Ben Gurion University and an LL.M. degree from the Bar-Ilan University. you will find the name back in the article above here: maybe we will get some more tricks that can be positive for us (hope so) As Zone-ip told they are looking for new acquisitions, so a takeover from one of the many Formula Systems can be in favour of Zone-ip, especially because Emblaze and co hold more than 86,78% of all the shares. They want to cash it one ore the other way on the market. But how?????? | eenmakkie
29/1/2007 08:21 | What a true statement, "none the wiser" only a clown would hold these from 100p thru 10p and who is the author of the thread, you guessed it coco | new_scally
29/1/2007 08:17 | Nope - none the wiser. | britishbear
28/1/2007 22:30 | So put all the relevant news back up front so every one that is interested, can start calculating the price that Emblaze paid per share. And how they did it! Maybe this is at the moment the only positive news to hold on. Please do not starting to delete it, because you can not find it else were on the internet. eenmakkie | eenmakkie |
