European Metals Holding Limited - AIM Listing Update

Rare Earth Mineral Plc (AIM: REM) advises that European Metals Holding Limited ("EMH"), a company that REM holds a 11.87% equity interest in, and its largest shareholder, have announced that the AIM Schedule One notification has been published today.

The Schedule One commences the Stock Exchange's formal process for admission of the securities of the Company to trading on AIM. The expected date of admission to trading is 10 December 2015.

The Appendix to the Schedule One notification is available on the European Metals website at http://europeanmet.com/scheduleonenotification.html along with the final Competent Persons Report ('CPR') produced by global mining consultant Wardell Armstrong International.

Kiran Morzaria, the Chief Executive Officer and Director of REM, will join the board of EMH as a Non-Executive Director, conditional on admission of EMH to AIM. Kiran Morzaria is also the Non-Executive Director of Bacanora Minerals Limited.
