Change of name to Hume Capital Securities plc
The Board is pleased to announce that the Company's name has been changed to Hume Capital Securities plc ("Hume" or the "Company").
Dealings under the new name will commence at 8.00 am on Monday 10 February 2014. The TIDM (ticker symbol) has been changed to HUME for the Company's ordinary shares.
The ISIN in respect of ordinary shares remains unchanged.
This name change is part of the repositioning strategy adopted by the Board last year and reflects the significant changes that have been made to the business over the past 12 months.
The new name aligns the two main aspects of Hume's business, capital markets and wealth management where the focus is on an integrated solution for its clients. This is an important development in the execution of Hume's corporate strategy.
More details will be included in the forthcoming results announcement, which will be announced by the end of February 2014.
