|lord santafe: This used to be formely Blakes Clothing and they suspended at 2.5p and when they where relisted they went up to £2.50 per share in 1999.
Exactly the same thing here will happen again, this time suspend at 3.5p and come back out at £3.50. Remember OND was only 2p and then went up to over £2. Well you have it here all over again.
I do not hold any shares in this company and I speculate this could happen. If you are interested in my story then please contact me if you want to buy, so I can get my purchase in before yours, since every buy pushes up this share price.
I deserve to be the first buyer since I discovered this first.
|mikeb01: Announcement forthcoming - Reverse takeover - and share suspension MMs win again!
The Board has noted the recent rise in its share price. The Board confirms that
it is in early discussions with a third party which would result in that party
being acquired by the company. Under the Listing Rules this transaction would
represent a reverse take-over and consequently the Board has requested that its
shares be suspended until the outcome of these discussions are resolved. It
should be stressed that these discussions are at a very early stage and there is
no certainty that this transaction will proceed.|
