Another one:

Pro Forma BS net assets at 31/03 ...... £7.9m
Minus Widney pressings not sold .......(£1.4m)
Plus release of Belcot assets ......... £0.8m
New BS net assets ..................... £7.3m

Assets tangible, no debt; against a MCap of £4.1m.

Have I forgotten anything?

"I cant see this dog surviving long."
It will survive, but will it make a profit?
There are still a few metal bashers about with assets above the MCap (BMT, for one) but that doesn't make them worthwhile investments, if they're barely profitable.

Charo - can you give me a source for this statement of yours, please?

cat even blamed there dissapointing last quarter partly on the closure of widney cabs."

It's not an idle question on my part, as I'm looking at - maybe - buying some of these.

Are you sure the figures in the balance sheet have not been cooked up?

WDNY worries me - I see several similarities between it and EVS. EVS
posted good figures and then went bust shortly afterwards.

What I am really asking is can the management here be trusted?

watch the balance sheet when restructuring complete which i suspect is almost ,balance sheet nil debt north of 1 million in cash and higly profitable and cash generative.6 months ago dead over indedbted loss making and how .as usual and as often before this team have turned it around and will make ground as others head for the rocks the xpected credit squeeze exposes.

the restructuring of widney must be almost complete.the desperate closure of thecab division, caused by caterpillar, could this be the supplier whose failure cat say played a part in their faulure to meet targets.caterpillar senior management neeed to ask why they resourced at such a cost, allowed the sale of the property eliminating bulk of group debt.such a sale would not have been possible today and certainly not at the price achieved.grimmond acted quickly decisively and will i am sure have the group well financed and ready to go as financial problems increase across the board
