Options Grant

Wey Education plc (AIM:WEY), the education group operating an established online independent secondary school in the UK, announces that on 24 February 2016 the Board of Directors approved the grant of 500,000 share options ("Options") to Mr Barrie Whipp. The Options are exercisable on or after 24 February 2019 in full or in part at a price of 4.0p per ordinary share being the closing mid-market price of the ordinary shares on 23 February 2016. The Options expire on 24 February 2021.
