Posted at 05/1/2012 08:33 by akaaur remember guys only put what you can afford to loose, high risk high reward, whats made me stand my ground is investors invest in a company that is either making or have something in pipeline to make, the company has some assests but seeing the same people pour in in the same fashion when zest turned to rem, it could happen here again, dyor |
Posted at 04/1/2012 18:50 by comedy akaaur look at the volume changing hands ..last friday 50million..2 days before 40million... today 2 blocks of 10mill and 2 blocks of 20mill at a higher share price ..then we have all the mill sells at 0.25p then 0.3p then 0.35p...and as they wont let you buy big volume then think those who got in placing arent all selling..and also they have higher set sp's to sell at?we have less than 5 posters here..which means the rns has been missed by most of the pi's showing bruce rowan is on board... question are??? just been reading trhe last set of rns...bruce rowan took 200mill shares...they placed 500mill and 500mill...the directors took some...so who are the others who came in??? directors have Director Number of Ordinary Shares % of issued share capital -------------------- Richard Owen(1) 113,875,000 10.25 -------------------- Geoffrey Simmonds(2) 113,867,042 10.24 -------------------- David Hillel 3,500,000 0.31 -------------------- John Zucker 31,746,363 2.86 -------------------- David Coldbeck 6,160,909 0.55 so approx 266mill...200mill bruce rowan... wso who has the other 600mill shares???did we get 3 investors with 200mill each zone???? 2 rns showing directors position and bruce rowans...and the key is thye have changed name and are looking for deals...so bets the deal will be mining and we get another "NAME" who comes in and also brings a deal or two???? |
Posted at 04/1/2012 17:08 by montyhedge Thats all historic, share markets are forward looking, new investor with 18% good name in resources. I see 10-20 bagger if Brucie gets its right. Follow the smart money. |

Posted at 04/1/2012 13:58 by montyhedge topvestThats what makes a market buyers and sellers, old investors in this loss money as you have done, new investors in 33% in a day, pay yer money take your chance. A reckon a 10 bagger with Rowan putting his cash and time in this. |
Posted at 04/1/2012 07:52 by topvest Yes, it's definitely good news that Bruce Rowan has invested £200k. Better chance of restoring something with him as an investor. I suspect they only got the placing away because of him and he demanded his price - Bruce is very good at investing at very low prices. |
Posted at 08/12/2011 15:37 by look alive Some interesting new investors seem likely to be revealed here. |
Posted at 17/7/2007 14:17 by rivaldo Director buying - and ADE up over 7p now. Having done a bit of calculation I reckon WST's cash and shares are now worth £8m, or around 7.2p:"Directors Dealing The Company was informed on 17 July 2007 that David Hillel, a director of the Company, purchased 209,091 shares in the Company at 4p per share. David Hillel is now interested in 1,000,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.89 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company." |
