Posting of Circular, Notice of General Meeting and Annual Report & Accounts
Western & Oriental plc (AIM:WEST) announces that further to its announcement of 18 March 2011, the circular, setting out the details of the Disposal and Cancellation and containing the Notice of General Meeting (the "Circular"), has today been posted to Shareholders.
The General Meeting for Shareholders to approve the Resolutions will be held at Welby House, 96 Wilton Road, London, SW1V 1DW at 10:00am on Thursday 7 April 2011.
The Circular will shortly be made available on the Company's website: www.westernorientalplc.com as dispatched to Shareholders.
The Company also announces that the Annual Report and Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 30 September 2010 (the "Annual Report") have been posted to Shareholders. The Annual Report, as dispatched to Shareholders, will also shortly be available on the Company's website: www.westernorientalplc.com.
