Bear in mind that WET no longer OWNS WUC or the Briquetting so we don't necessarily have the hotline to these projects esp. without Jaco on board. Thanks for Christmas wishes which of course reciprocated.Best wishesCharlesFrom: colinmc1971Sent: 12 December 2012 10:12To: c.zorab@gmail.comSubject: Questions from discussion boardsThese are some questions I have collated from the bulletin boards over the last few weeks. The general consensus is again the lack of news, with an expectation of an update on pilot plant expected in November, has caused uncertainty about progress and as such investors have became jittery. The one thing that seems to drive this shareprice is regular news flow, thus the questions below.1. The recent activity in SA, with the TCTA forming agreements with DRDGold and Group Five, regarding access to land and facilities, how does this effect MRI with the long term project, particularly with links to DRDGold historically? A. It means little to WET. TCTA want to spend ZAR2b and claw it back from the mines, who won't do it , so impasse. Not sure significance of DRD deal but tend to downplay it. MRI/WUC concentrate on the long term solution.2. In the RNS posted on 28th September it was stated "MRI briquetting project making good progress with pilot plant about to commence and commercial scale start-up set for February 2013". Can you provide any information regarding the pilot plant and whether or not things are going to plan with this project? A. Pilot plant started and making good trial briquettes , being evaluated by clients of Keaton.3. With recent positivity highlighted through RNS, where it was stated "Stated net asset value at 30 June 2012 was 0.33p per share", the share price has dropped back to below half this value recently. Given this statement, why have we not seen substantial director trades to snap up these very cheap shares? A. Share price never got up to .33 did it? Nonetheless, I agree that directors should be buying .There may be rules preventing them right now.4. In Peter Marks chairmans statement he said " we are working to achieve a share price that more accurately reflects the value of the Company." Following an initial spike, the share price has dropped back to previous levels. Can he explain how he plans to achieve this? A. We need to do a deal to show there is more substance.5. As WET are now an investment company, can you provide details of what new investment you are looking at and when this is likely to happen? A. As you know, deals don't just fall out of the sky so timing completely indeterminate. Likely to be in natural resources in S Africa, but you never know !!Many thanks and a Merry Christmas when it comes,Colinmc1971Reply | Report

petebarnes1: The Company's assets now comprise largely listed investments and cash or cash equivalents. At 30 June 2012 they were more than GBP5.0 million or 0.33 pence per share. The Company's net asset value is significantly greater than the Company's share price even without adjusting for the current market price of MRI (which would make the net asset value nearer to 0.4 pence per share) and we are working to achieve a share price that more accurately reflects the value of the Company. We thank all shareholders for their continued interest in Watermark and look forward to bringing you further updates on the progress of MRI as well as other opportunities in the coming months.

adnatrob: There are a few on this board that frequently post the same extracts. This smacks of desperation and blatant ramping. I am sure most who visit this board have now read them. Let us not forget that WET and MRI are two completely separate companies. WET sold the rights to WUC to MRI. WET post deal is now purely an Investment company. WET have a shareholding in MRI but do not have controlling influence. This is my view of the current situation: WET have not as much cash as they expected (MRI failed to sell the stock and complete the cash part of the deal) We can NOT be sure, because of the above, of the effect this will have on WET's capability to fund further investments. MRI share price might be rising, but it is very illiquid and the facts are MRI had to sell stock at less than 25% of average bid price to repay part of the WET loan. MRI Coal Project revenues for 2013/2014 are in my opinion low, perhaps not unexpected for a start-up enterprise, but I feel sure that further investment will be required to realise the true potential. If MRI does require funding, how are they going to get it? They still have 75% of the loan stock to clear. Why? Sorry to be negative, but this is how I see it.

reutersman: asixe,as moreforus said they have a current 40% stake in MRI but also have a number of options for further investment. Its this further investment that i think we will hear about shortly. In a recent statement WET said > "The Company,s net asset value is significantly greater than the Company,s share price even without adjusting for the current market price of MRI (which would make the net asset value nearer to 0.4 pence per share) and we are working to achieve a share price that more accurately reflects the value of the Company."

johnspain: some facts. wet has cash in the bank. it does NOT need to raise funds. so, no placing or dilution. mri share price is rising, so value to wet has increased. wet is earning interest every day on unsold mri shares. mri coal project will be generating positive cash flows very soon. wet is still in the mix for amd solution in sa. my belief is wet will get the deal when sa gov finally gets around to it. this will be huge. at todays price you can buy just the cash for less than it's worth. ALL the rest is free!

induna123: Sorry to sound bearish but I cannot see anything happening with the share price for a while yet. It's going to be April before all this takes effect, assuming it gets passed at the meeting. Even then were tied to Capricorn's share price performance. Capricorn is like CHC, a shell company that had to delist. They had to raise funds to acquire WET so expect their share price to fall as most expect CHC's share price to fall if and when it relists.
