    Holding in the Company


    The Company was notified on 31 July 2008 that Nicholas Levene has today transferred his entire holding of 7,452,717 ordinary shares of
0.75p each in the Company to Blenheim Properties Group Limited (these shares were held by Redmayne Nominees Limited on behalf of Mr Levene).
These shares, which represent 3.6% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, are subject to an orderly market undertaking from Mr
Levene which expires on 5 April 2009. Blenheim Properties Group Limited has entered into an orderly market undertaking in respect of such
shares on similar terms to those agreed by Mr Levene and which also expires on 5 April 2009.
