Completion of Acquisition of Keraben Grupo S.A.

The Board of Victoria (LSE: VCP), the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, is pleased to confirm that further to the announcement released earlier today it has completed the acquisition of Keraben Grupo S.A. ("Keraben"), a substantial European manufacturer of branded floor and wall ceramic tiles.

Following the issue of the Placing Shares, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 113,957,902 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. The total number of voting rights in the Company will be 113,957,902. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
