The Board of Vantis announces that, as part of its ongoing plan to reduce the 
Company's level of debt, it is reviewing a number of alternative courses of 
action including progressing negotiations with potential investors as well as 
entering into preliminary discussions with its debt providers regarding a 
potential restructuring of the Company's balance sheet to reduce the level of 
debt outstanding to a more suitable level. 
 
Negotiations with both investors and the Company's banks are at an early stage 
and there can be no certainty as to the impact on current shareholders or the 
terms of any agreement which may be reached. 
 
The Company's banks have confirmed their support for the Board's exploration of 
options to improve the Company's financial position.
