Guss possibly double check with an accountant, I was told the loss could be offset against any business tax due? Like yourself been in profit many times and waited until the rug was pulled from under us. Hope the authorities are taking a good look this company and the ceo promise return to profit 2015, profiteering from this statement. This statement kept the company running for many months while the bod drew full pay, able to continue with new business partners.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was also a green light for Bell to average himself out of debt, before they cut our throats. IOM's look very dodgy in silence, vanishing from the boards.

Wulwirth, I thought you could only off set capital gains tax I.e. Share profit gains against losses. You can not off set against income tax etc....I would be glad to be wrong!
Guss...(should have sold when actually in profit instead of believing company bull) my middle name.

When you fill in your next tax return, use your ultrasis loss to set against any tax due.

Use this loss for tax relief against any income/profit, any tax you have to pay to the revenue, will be reduced by your loss here.
