Twenty plc (AIM: TWE.), the quoted integrated marketing solutions provider, 
today announces that on 17 June 2009, Ian Lancaster, Chief Executive 
Officer, purchased 1,778,330 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") 
at a price of 1.6 pence per share for The Lancaster LP, a limited family 
partnership which is wholly owned by him and persons connected to him. 
 
 
As a result of this transaction, Ian Lancaster's beneficial interest is now 
12,483,401 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 22.67 per cent. of the 
Company's issued share capital.
