Following the Placing announced on 13 March 2009 and the Circular posted to 
shareholders on 18 June 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that Peter 
John Hagerty has been appointed a director with immediate effect. 
 
Peter Hagerty is an advisor to Real Estate Innovation Holdings Ltd, the lead 
investor in the Placing, and has been closely involved in developing the 
Company's new investment strategy, which it proposes to adopt, subject to 
shareholder approval at the forthcoming General Meeting on Friday, 10 July 
2009. 
 
Mr Hagerty began his career at the investment bank Wood Gundy Inc (now part of 
CIBC) in London in 1987 and has since worked internationally in senior roles 
connected with technology, financial markets, and private Equity. As Chief 
Technology Officer of Virtue Broadcasting PLC he developed one of the foremost 
audio and video content delivery platforms in Europe and was instrumental in 
the reverse takeover of AIM listed Tornado Group PLC in 2002. He has acted as 
an advisor to AIM listed companies on corporate matters and as Chairman of the 
World Television PLC Shareholders Action group has represented the interests of 
independent Shareholders in discussions with the Company and in the Takeover 
Panel appeals process. 
 
Non-executive Director, David Macfarlane, said, "We welcome Peter to the board 
and believe that he is the right man to drive the business forward and advance 
its new strategy, which is focused on becoming a diverse property investment 
services group."

proceedings in Nuremburg, Germany in August 2006.
