TRUST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP PLC DIRECTOR/PDMR DEALING The Board of Trust Property Management Group plc (the "Company") received notification on 21 December 2007 that the pension scheme of David Glass, the non-executive chairman of the Company, on 19 December 2007 bought 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 16p per share. As a result of this purchase, David Glass is interested in 508,824 shares (including 229,412 shares held by his wife, Barbara Glass) representing 1.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. David Glass and Barbara Glass also each have an interest in 50 per cent. of the share capital of Lakeside Developments Limited, which has an interest in 7,437,513 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 20.3 per cent. of the Company's issues share capital. Barbara Glass is interested also in 55 per cent. of the share capital of Cyril Freedman Limited, which is interested in 2,562,333 shares in the Company, which represents 7.0 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
