    TRIO FINANCE LIMITED                              

                           ("TRIO" or the "Company")                           

                   DELISTING FROM THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE                    

18 December 2008

Following the Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 December 2008, on the
application of the directors, TRIO will delist from the Official List and
trading of the Company's shares will cease on the London Stock Exchange at
8.00a.m. on Friday 19 December 2008.
