Just out of interest I am going to detail TLT contracts as they are gained, expanded or concluded. Please would posters add to the list whenever possible ------------------------------------- SCARBOROUGH OPEN AIR THEATRE "Scarborough Council bosses say progress on the project to date has been "good", with the handover date to entertainment management company Apollo Resorts and Leisure Ltd set for July 30 2010. The project's main contractor, Middlesbrough firm Tolent Construction, has now been on site for 10 weeks and is working with a number of sub-contractors local to the Scarborough area."

Tolent's listing has now been cancelled. What then is the potential for Redhall wishing to acquire Tolent I wonder. Other possible scenarios(imo)are re-absorption by BILN or a full exit from PLC status. Whatever the future holds,it should prove interesting and extremely remunerative for remaining shareholders.

TLT's financial year ended Dec 31st. Was there any mention of second half performance in the delisting document? Looking at the interims,it was stated that the £500k + reorganisation costs would benefit the July 2009 onward figures. Seems to me that Tolent could make £2million pre tax and exceptionals in what is now the current 2010 trading period. Exciting. At least we wont get accused of ramping!!

Managed to buy 30,066 shares @ 18pence this afternoon + quite a few more @ 20p. MrT8,did you also got yours? I also SINCERELY HOPE that my individual enthusiasm plus that of most posters here, does indeed bear fruit in the form of future chunky dividend payments,or preferably a bid for the minority free float at around 89pence in 2010. Never held before so its all a bit bizzare really.

As suggested earlier, I shall start a new thread when the shares are delisted, tomorrow. I'll post here when it is done. Regards, Nocton

Now back from hols. Too late to worry about what to do - now a long term holder. Put a Limit bid in for another few k at 20p - not likely to be filled, but might as well get as much as I can. Indeed I am kicking myself for offloading a large slice of my fairly sizable holding when the price was dropped to 30p a year ago! I sincerely hope that the general optimism is right and we shoukld start receiving dividends in the years to come. What has been decided on the renewed thread? m8

hi tia if u look at my previous posts that will give u an accurate view of this company it is seriously undervalued. Many people on here have talked themselves out of buying them. I bought heavily when no one else wanted to buy. They have more than 6m in the bank that alone is good enough reason to buy these shares as they dont suffer from cash burn. They are valued at less than 3m. We can also chuck in the fact they have 11m in assets and u get the construction buisness 4 free. I am expecting to hold this one for the long term and recoup the 21p per share i paid via dividends you might be better off waiting till wed that way you wont have the wide spread that is on offer at this moment good luck with ur trading pat

What's going on here ? Can anyone give me a quick introduction to what is going to happen in the future here. Would this be another example like Itis Holdings ? Because, if that's the case i'm interested in a smallish punt longterm, for my Grandchildren. tia. Knackerd

Inspectron certainly seem to be doing well targatarga. Did you stay locked in rather than take a derisory 5pence? Looks as though they will exceed eps of 2 pence in 2010 !!

Inspectron [formerly formscan] recently delisted from aim. Yesterdy I received a letter regarding a capital reorganisation. Basically small holders are being removed from the registar by consolidating 2000 shares into 1 share. Any part not devisible by 2000 will be sold for the benefit of the company. Apparantly shares have been traded recently off market but we are not told at what price. We are also allowed to bid for left over shares from the reorganisation but there is no guide price. There is no mention in the particulars as to the companies progress. Shall we assume that things are rosy? Wouldn't surprise if within twelve months another major development occurs... tt

Thanks Nocton. Looks as though I am a long term holder then. Can't help feeling that we will benefit significantly at some stage;either via future dividends or by TLT sending us a Dear John cheque.
