The Board of Tinopolis plc ("Tinopolis" or "the Company") announces that
Angharad Mair, a director of the Company,  yesterday purchased 58,011 ordinary
shares of 2p each in the Company at a price of 35p per share.

Angharad Mair has a beneficial interest in a total of 2,525,317 shares
representing 2.664% of the issued share capital  of the Company. Her spouse Mr J
Cray has a beneficial interest in a total of 81,444 shares, representing 0.086%
of the  issued share capital of the Company.
