2004, that The Smith Trust, a trust of which Shane Smith a director of the
Company is a trustee and beneficiary, sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 20p per
share on 5 February 2004.

Following this transaction The Smith Trust is interested in 9,289,549 Ordinary
Shares representing 53.3% of the issued share capital of the Company.
