The Company was notified on 19 October 2004 by Gartmore Investment Management
plc on behalf of Gartmore Investment Limited ("GIL"), Gartmore Fund Managers
Limited ("GFM") and Gartmore Global Partners ("GGP"), that as a result of a
purchase of 2,274,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), they have an interest in 4,217,328 Ordinary Shares, which represents
approximately 12.11 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the
Company.
