TradingSports Exchange Systems plc ("TradingSports" or "the Company"), the AIM
listed provider of "white label" person-to-person ("P2P") betting exchange
systems, announces today that Ray Ranson has stepped down as Executive Director
for Business Development, and is leaving the Board with immediate effect.


Mr Roger Mitchell, CEO, commented:


"Ray has made a significant contribution to the company in an exceptionally
difficult period of uncertainty surrounding the recently concluded refinancing.
Now that this period is behind us, and we are on a more stable financial
footing, Ray feels he needs to devote more time to his other business interests.
Given the very heavy time commitment of the last 4 months, that is more than
understandable. The Board and I wish him well."


Ray Ranson commented:


"I am very pleased to have secured with Roger and the Board the level of
financial stability that was missing when I joined in July. That process however
has been much more time-consuming than I would have wished, and I have agreed
with the Board that I will step down at this time."
