Further to the earlier announcement dated 13th June 2002, the Directors have
resolved that the accounting period for the company would end on 31 July 2002.

The accounts will be prepared and audited as of this date, and distributed to
shareholders at the same time as the notice for the Annual General Meeting later
in the year.
