06/10/2016 22:01 | I too voted casual47 | dorset64
06/10/2016 19:13 | Did we all vote though? I voted with my 1+ million | casual47
06/10/2016 19:12 | 1m + here.We must hold over 20m here on this bb.Lol.As someone said the other day, if there's any serious volume traded it will move heavily either way | siovey
06/10/2016 19:07 | D64 -- why do you think the AGM resolutions included a resolution on allowing Pope to convert their loans, knowing that the conversion price for the bulk of that is at 0.19 -- how does that even make sense? Seems very pointless to me. | casual47
06/10/2016 18:28 | I can imagine that the 40m you speak IS mostly held by pi's. I hold over a million myself and I know of a couple/few more that do also so, in the grand scale of things I'd imagine that most if not all the 40m is held by pi's at the time. | dorset64
06/10/2016 18:02 | We need Devonlad to let us know the amount that PI's held at the time of Popes takeover. I know its not an up to date amount but it would show us a basic idea. | temporarily insane
06/10/2016 16:55 | The Kase listing has the most up to date major shareholders list (though only above 5%). TSX is the primary listing so it makes sense. | casual47
06/10/2016 16:30 | Would JP Morgan be selling through TD Securities over on TSX? | temporarily insane
06/10/2016 16:29 | Morningstar is all I have found that shows the ownership of Tethys shares, but it certainly is rather poor at being updated. Some sites even have Robson as running the show. How hard can it be for some little button monkey to change a few figures? Meanwhile I have attached the rns stating the threshold being crossed re: JP Morgan. I guess thats why the share price is flat and has been for nearly a half a year. Selling into the buying over on TSX which in turn kills all positive movement on LSE as the figures have to be similar. | temporarily insane
06/10/2016 16:17 | Morningstar well out of date. E.g. last known shareholding for Pope is 67 million shares. JP Morgan announced they dropped below 5% many months ago. | casual47
06/10/2016 16:11 | That was my thought as well, hence the screengrab showing that JP Morgan were still on the list on Morningstar......... Albeit at a % below what is published. | temporarily insane
06/10/2016 16:01 | IMO, I think JP Morgan are still selling. They dropped below 5% a few months ago so there won't be any holding notifications but that still leaves nearly 20 million shares to get rid off and TPL isn't all that liquid, hence imo the drip drip of 100K trades | casual47
06/10/2016 15:43 | Cheers for the reply. BTW I would prefer to believe that Olisol are honest successful businessmen who want to make Tethys a massive success. | temporarily insane
06/10/2016 15:37 | The 63 million shares they have now was a placing so it wouldn't have shown up as a transaction, so no brokers. | casual47
06/10/2016 15:31 | Actually, for once that was a basic question. Lol I was wondering who the brokers were, who were picking up the shares sold that Olisol agreed to buy at a set price stated in an earlier rns. That was all. | temporarily insane
06/10/2016 14:53 | TI....It's complete b0ll0cks. There is no such thing as "olisols brokers". It's completely nonsensical. Unless you believe that Olisol are criminals and are committing fraud, of course. | casual47
06/10/2016 14:27 | Does anybody know who Olisols brokers are? | temporarily insane
06/10/2016 14:26 | And not surprisingly a 100000 sell trade comes through just before TSX opens. The mms are still trying to get the LSE down to the corrupt exchange level. Lets not kid ourselves that this is all random. Oh and Yesterday......... | temporarily insane
06/10/2016 11:46 | I am still scratching my head as to why a vote was taken on the AGM to allow Pope to convert their convertible loans/warrants, seeing as the conversion price was $0.19 -- it seems a pointless exercise as it will never happen. What would make more sense is for Pope to agree with TPL to replace those loans with new ones at a later maturity date but at the same placing price as Olisol: 0.054 CAD. D64 -- could you see if your contact at PAM might answer this? | casual47
06/10/2016 11:23 | To create shareholder value for Pope this needs to go well north of 7 pence.....not to mention the loans he has outstanding needing to be paid back....which won't happen if this thing collapses. | casual47
06/10/2016 09:09 | I guess this would be Olisol: "The Company's management has operated in the former Soviet Union for more than 15 years and is able to utilise existing contacts and capabilities to capitalize on new opportunities in niche technical and business areas throughout the region leveraging on a proven track record of success." | casual47
06/10/2016 09:02 | FYI that the Tethys website has been updated in lots of places -- their plans/strategy, etc. Why are they updating now? I can only think of positive reasons. | benandemmiboo |
