                         ("Teleunit" or "the Company")

                      Notice of results and trading update

Teleunit will be announcing its results for the year ended 31 December 2006 on 
Monday, 16 April.

After a return to profitability in the second half of the year, the Company
expects to announce a consolidated loss  ahead of market expectations of Euro2.9m
before tax.
