                                 Board Changes

Teleunit S.p.A. ("Teleunit" or "the Company"), the Italian telecommunications
services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Silvio Arienti,
Chief Financial Officer, to its Board of Directors.

Since joining Teleunit as CFO in March 2006, Silvio has played a central role in
restructuring the Company's administration, thereby improving the overall
efficiency of Teleunit's operations. The Board now feels that it is appropriate
for Silvio to progress to Director level, where he will continue in his role as
CFO. Silvio Arienti has no other information to disclose pursuant to Rule 2 (g)
of the AIM rules.

As part of this management restructuring, Todd Dockum will step down from the
Board of Directors, whilst Gianfranco Cimica will assume the position of
Chairman, replacing David Lee who will become a non-Executive Director. These
changes are necessary to comply with Italian law, which dictates that companies
must have more Non-Executive Directors than Executive Directors on the Board at
any one time.

Gianfranco Cimica, Chairman and CEO of Teleunit, commented: "I am delighted to

Company's improved financial position over the past eleven months has been
