Holdings in the Company
Teleset Networks was advised 2 December 2009 that on 2 December 2009, Teledev
East Limited, one of the Company's shareholders, transferred 8,437,509 ordinary
shares of Teleset Networks at a price of 22 pence per share to its underlying
shareholders. Subsequent to the transfer, Teledev East Limited no longer has a
notifiable interest in the Company's ordinary shares.
