    Directors Dealings

    The Company was advised on 06 January 2009 that on 6 January 2009, Yiannis Demetriou, CEO, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of Eur 0.02
each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at 20p per share. 

    Following this purchase, Mr Demetriou has a total beneficial interest in 60,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the
current issued share capital of the Company.
