    Directors Dealings

    The Company was advised on 05 January 2009 that between 23 December 2008 and 30 December 2008, Yiannis Demetriou, CEO, acquired 50,000
ordinary shares of Eur 0.02 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at prices between 18p and 20p per share. 

    Following these purchases, Mr Demetriou has a total beneficial interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of
the current issued share capital of the company.
