               Total Voting Rights following Redemption of Shares 
 
 
1 December 2010 
 
 
Following   the   compulsory  partial  redemption  of  participating  redeemable 
preference shares in the Multi-Strategy (GBP) cell of the Company ("Shares"), as 
detailed in the Company's announcement of 15 November 2010, the Company's issued 
share  capital as at  1 December 2010 consists of  11,300,830 Shares with voting 
rights. 
 
The Company currently holds no Shares in treasury.  Accordingly the total number 
of voting rights in the Company is 11,300,830. 
 
The  above  figure  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the denominator for the 
calculation  by which  they will  determine whether  they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
