           Results of Extraordinary General Meeting and Class Meeting 
                      Voluntary liquidation of the Company

The Board of Tapestry Investment Company PCC Limited is pleased to announce that 
at  the Extraordinary General Meeting of its Shareholders and the separate Class 
Meeting  of  the  holders  of  Cell  Shares  held  at  9:30 a.m.  and  9.35 a.m. 
respectively  on 4 March 2011, the resolutions to put the Company into voluntary 
liquidation,  to  appoint  the  Liquidators  and  to  approve the terms of their 
engagement were duly passed without amendment by the required majorities. 
 
Proxy  votes were received in respect of 7,693,227 Shares (being 68 per cent. of 
the Shares in issue), all of which were in favour of the Resolutions. 
 
Following  the passing of the Resolutions, the Company is now in liquidation and 
Richard  Garrard and Nicola Anne Robinson of Deloitte LLP have been appointed as 
Joint  Liquidators.  Dealings in Shares  on the Main Market  of the London Stock 
Exchange were suspended on 4 March 2011 as planned and the listing of the Shares 
will be cancelled on 7 March 2011.
