As  at the close of business on  31st January 2011 the final Net Asset Value per 
share was 
113.3575 pence 
 
This  valuation, which has been prepared in good faith by the Company's Manager, 
is  based  principally  on  formal  valuations  supplied  to  the Company by the 
administrators  of  the  Company's  underlying  investments. In respect of 31st 
January 2011, the Company did not receive formal valuations as at that date from 
7 of  the Company's  16 underlying investment managers,  and accordingly in such 
cases estimated  valuations prepared by  the Company's investment  advisor or by 
the  manager or  administrator of  the relevant underlying  fund have been used. 
 Such  valuations or estimates  are unaudited and  may not comply with generally 
accepted  accounting or valuation principles.  The  Net Asset Value is the value 
at one point in time and does not reflect any change in value since that time.
