07/1/2013 21:28 | A mention around 3:30 which may explain the 5% rise today. It is now 130p in old money. | kimboy2
24/12/2012 10:29 | A bit of fluff; | kimboy2
13/12/2012 16:52 | Nice to see our old company making expansion plans, now they don't have control! | venture traveller
10/12/2012 17:29 | Dividend news; We should be hearing about the $300m t/o acquisition before Christmas. It seems they are after or 3 more as well. It looks as though they think things are cheap at the moment. I think we know all about that though. | kimboy2
08/12/2012 08:55 | A transcript of the conference call; It is a pity that Morry Taylor doesn't appear to speak any known form of traditional English. My enigma machine tells me that they are going to increase the margins at Titan Europe and that they are doing DD on a $300m t/o acquisition which will be funded without further dilution. IMV plenty of scope for upside surprises. | kimboy2
04/12/2012 12:48 | Agree, nice to be on board a ship that's going somewhere. Glad I didn't bale out of the dinghy we were on before. VT. | venture traveller
03/12/2012 16:35 | Kimboy im listening, certainly an excellent straightforward bullish statement from Taylor, its a relief to be onside with the poacher and not Titan Europe's lame board. | insails
03/12/2012 16:28 | No, you're not talking to yourself...! ;o) | strollingmolby
03/12/2012 16:10 | I don't know if I am just talking to myself but the forecasts are out for 2013 and beyond; The eye catching bit for me is the target of a run rate of $4-4.5bn before 2015. 2013 is forecast at $2.5-2.7bn. I will have to get the calculator out and see how this transposes into eps but the market seems to like it and is presently up 5% . | kimboy2
30/11/2012 11:01 | A 6% jump yesterday fo no reason that I could find. I make the price 115p in old money. I believe that they are coming up with forecasts for 2013 in the next week or so, possibly monday. A presntation on the TWI site has one or two interesting bits re TSW; | kimboy2
21/11/2012 14:47 | John Deere results out today; I think profitability didn't quite meet expectations but the revenues held up well, which s the relevant bit for TWI. Revenue rose 14% partly due to volumes and partly due to prices. They are forecasting a 4% increase in agri and 8% increase in construction next year. The agri in US, which is the big TWI market is forecast flat. | kimboy2
31/10/2012 00:06 | Forecasts moved up slightly. I think we can expect more when the Dec update arrives. | kimboy2
29/10/2012 17:42 | Or whenever the floodwaters subside | insails
27/10/2012 15:59 | I now hold TWI shares via Hargreaves Lansdown so assume I can trade from Monday. | insails
27/10/2012 12:23 | 12th November is the date it will be de-listed. I expect that there are rules on what they have to pay though they haven't spelt it out. I would suspect it is the equivalent price on the day it was declared unconditional. | kimboy2
27/10/2012 12:14 | I think that they are still trading up until around the 10th of November but check this with your broker. I think also that if you check your notifications from your broker there may be a final trading date before delisting from AIM. The shares have been trading the last 2 weeks so, as above, might be trading next week. If you cannot sell them then Titan International intend to force the sale of the shares belonging to the people who did not accept either of the offers, in line with the takover rules. I expect that the purchase price of your shares will be the price of the Titan International shares taking into account the exchange rate, divided by 11 and multiplied by the number of shares that you have. If I am wrong about the delisting date could someone please supply the correct date and the last day of trading on AIM. | 2andyman
27/10/2012 11:57 | I missed out on the deadline as I've been in and out of hospital over the last two months can anyone tell me what happens to the old shares now and if they can be sold | sparrahawk
27/10/2012 00:47 | Jeffires increased their target price from $23 to $45. That would be about 255pps in old money. | kimboy2
25/10/2012 23:50 | I don't think our leader speaks English as a first language but I gather he is pretty bullish about prospects. Update on 2013 in December | kimboy2
25/10/2012 15:22 | And all of a sudden, a more positive tone... Shares up 9% | eddie catflap
25/10/2012 10:31 | They don't seem to have made a forecast for next year. There is a conference call today so perhaps it will come then. | kimboy2
