Stride Gaming plc (AIM: STR), the soft online gaming operator, announces that its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2016, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), is available for download on the Company's website www.stridegaming.com. The Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders on 11 January 2017.

The AGM will be held at 9:30am on Tuesday 31 January 2017 at the offices of Berwin Leighton Paisner, Adelaide House, London Bridge, London, United Kingdom EC4R 9HA.
