Blocklisting Application

Stride Gaming plc (AIM: STR), a leading online gaming operator, has made a blocklisting application to AIM for up to 5,510,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will be available to satisfy the future exercises of options over Ordinary Shares under the Company's Staff Option Plan. These shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 19 December 2017.
