                                (the "Company")

                            Conversion of loan notes

The Company announces the conversion of #69,581 nominal Series A Fixed Rate
Unsecured Loan Notes issued as deferred consideration in connection with the
acquisition of part of the trade and assets of Room 2 Limited (in
administration) in August 2005 into 886,129 ordinary shares of 0.5p each 
("Ordinary Shares").

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on
AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 23 July 2007. The Ordinary Shares
will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue and increase the
number of Ordinary Shares in issue to 21,696,703.
