The dividend is 17.78 cents which equates to 15.77p converting it today but I believe there may well be a further reduction of 19% for withholding tax. Anybody received a dividend from these before who can clarify that point (or tell me I'm wrong!)? |

Posted at 02/12/2020 12:29 by andywillz I do like this business, its why im always buying in on the dips. however the market forgets about it, and it steadily drops all the time. i dont think it will reach £2.75, and i think it'll fall back a fair bit within 2 weeks time (~2.20 mark i'd expect).that said, im happy to keep buying the dips :) @readdin - where di you find the ex divi date? |

Posted at 02/12/2020 07:43 by rounder2 STCK has taken the opportunity to write down the value of goodwill against certain of their interests , thus reducing profit and subsequent tax to pay . That's why NON cash exceptionals of circa 23m Euros have taken basic EPS down to 9.83 cents per share . Other metrics are up very nicely all things considered along with adjusted earnings of 21.42 euros per share . Net debt is down . This really couldn't be much better . Sales / Market share etc etc . I'm happy , whatever MR Market wants to make of it , this is a great business with significant upside potential . Divvy increase policy and extra special dividend of 11cents is just a bonus . |
Posted at 02/12/2020 07:20 by peddlers Yes very positive indeed.Many company revenues at the moment are way down with cancelled dividends, While Stock spirits revenues are up, as is the dividend yield. Not only that there is surplus cash to pay an additional special dividend. |
