Notification and public disclosure of transactions by PDMR and persons closely associated with them

STM Group Plc (AIM:STM), the cross border financial services provider, announces that on 1(st) February 2017 legal title and beneficial interest of 9,783 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred to Georgina Revill, the wife of Michael Riddell, Chairman of the Company for nil consideration. The transfer of sole legal title of these Ordinary Shares to Georgina Revill has arisen from the distribution of Georgina Revill's mother's estate. Georgina Revill is a "Person Closely Associated" with Michael Riddell under the Market Abuse Regulation.

Following the above transaction, Mr Riddell's interest in Ordinary Shares is 146,783 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.25% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
