22 October 2009 - Mr. Jan Stenberg, Chairman, has notified the company 
that he has accepted the Mandatory Offer by Axel Springer AG for his 3,248 
shares of StepStone ASA. As a result, Mr Stenberg has no interest in StepStone 
ASA other than 938 vested share options at an exercise price of NOK 120 which 
expire in March 2011. 
 
 
Mr. Duncan Love, Finance Director, StepStone Solutions, has notified the company 
that he has sold his 4,511 shares of StepStone ASA. As a result, Mr. Love has no 
interest in the shares of StepStone ASA. 
 
 
Mr. Love retains an interest in 100,000 unvested share options with an exercise 
price of NOK 3.51 
 
 
Mr. Matthew Parker, Group Managing Director, StepStone Solutions, has notified 
the company that he has sold his 22,142 shares of StepStone ASA. As a result, 
Mr. Parker has no interest in the shares of StepStone ASA. 
 
 
Mr. Parker retains an interest in 700,000 unvested share options with an
