StepStone ASA - Resolution to issue up to 9,075,546 new shares 
 
 
21 September 2009 - The Board of StepStone ASA ("StepStone") today resolved to 
open a stock option exercise window from 21 September 2009 to 12 October 2009 in 
respect of the 9,075,546 vested stock options held by directors and employees, 
representing 7% of the current issued shares. Of these 9,075,546 vested stock 
options, 3,785,381 are held by Colin Tenwick, CEO, and 2,555,000 are held by Ian 
Cole, CFO. 
 
 
The number of shares in issue as of today is 128,917,985.
