These should continue to rise once we get over the asset write down. Better to be honest about it and get the valuation correct. An OT trade for 1 million at 56p bodes well.

Nav was £1.38 at last year end. Shareholder funds were £911m so I see a £500m net w/o knocking 5/9ths off the NAV?

Estate valuation at £1.3bn still leaves the current share price at a significant discount to the NTAV per share

Not too bad.

The write down will whack the NAV per share but I suppose earnings and ability to service debt is more important. NAV will recover with continued improvement in trade.

A fairly upbeat trading statement. A 0.6 billion property exceptional to come.

Come Rain or Shine they keep piling in our local (Fayre and Square). Bottle coolers almost empty last Sunday. Also went north to a Chef and Brewer pub with extended family. Food brilliant and real ale spot on.
