    Directors Share Purchase

    SPG Media, the web and print publisher and event organiser, announces that it has been informed that on 1 July 2008 Mr Keith Sadler,
Chief Executive, and Mr Ken Appiah, Group Finance Director and Company Secretary, each purchased 21,052 5p ordinary shares in the Company at
7.125p per share and each was then allocated 21,052 in matching shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan also at a price of 7.125p
per share.

    Mr Sadler and Mr Appiah now hold 1,824,856 (2.13%) and 138,314 (0.02%) 5p ordinary shares in the Company respectively.
