Director/PDMR dealings

Solo was informed today that Neil Ritson, Chairman, today purchased 5,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.27 pence per Ordinary Share.

Accordingly Mr Ritson now holds 38,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing a holding of 0.55% of the Company's issued share capital.

Solo was also informed today that Fergus Jenkins, Technical Director, today purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.2595 pence per Ordinary Share.

Accordingly Mr Jenkins now holds 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing a holding of 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
