My trust in the SPFL management in zero and has zero credibility - I will be voting against extending the life of the fund with my 2% -

An update on their website -

They are looking to extend the fund's life - I also see that they are looking to restructure the funds? From my understanding - a restructuring could possibly mean the capital structure as well - If so - that is horrific considering we DELISTED AT 3% OF NAV!!

it's not; they're 'due to have an AGM', - it's more, if they DON'T, they'll be in compulsory wind up by New-Year. no bad thing as far as I'm concerned; they don't deserve their 'managerial' positions.

have e-mailed yet again for confirmation they've called the AGM, no response as usual.

Well the email is real - even if it is a bit void of information or dates.

I'm with TD Waterhouse but haven't got this e-mail;

I've just 'phoned & asked them to investigate / get back to me asap. they're saying ' there could be something in the system......' whatever that might mean ? gremlins !

We delisted at 3% of listed NAV - that is probably the biggest discrepancy I've ever seen - whether we were worth that NAV is another question. But at 3% NAV and refusal to produce accounts is shocking!

I'm saying 10th Dec. but that's the absolute & utter latest of course; realistically, the AGM needs to be called like now ( or within the next few days ).

I am on case Troll - The behaviour is not only shocking as per management as it is per broker - They allowed them so much time to delist refusing to put out any accounts - Not a peep from the broker. That is shocking.

the Company's behaviour in erecting the current wall of silence is disgraceful but even MORE disgraceful is the apathy of those shareholders who haven't bothered to e-mail the company & DEMAND to know what's happening. ( I've given you the address, see post 577; no excuses ).

IMHO, if they don't call an AGM by 10th Dec. ( 21 days notice ) & get s/holder approval to extend the fund's life, we're looking at compulsory liquidation and all that implies ( year's to get your money, if ever, blah, blah...... ). it's NOT acceptable but my guess it'll continue whilst I'm the only one who contacts them for soothing assurances but NO action. GET E-Mailing NOW you 'orrible lot !, you know it makes sense & they WILL respond.

if they DON'T call an AGM by 10th Dec. ( ie; for 31st Dec. ) & get permission to extend the life of the Fund, I believe they'll be forced into liquidation. all IMHO of course, but could you get him to verify this ??

Just had another look at Guernsey Company House website. SPFL still listed with latest action in July this year, change of director.

Daniela Bobova is no longer listed as a director. Leaving Charles Burton, Duncan Abbot and Hans Gillis.

Can I ask which email address you had a reply from Troll? I'd like to contact the company directly myself. Ta.

Thanks for chasing them TT. I also had a reply from Panmure Gordon saying as SPFL has delisted they no longer act as NOMAD. Suggested SPFL are still trying to secure funding but the progress is extremely slow.
