RNS Number:6516Q Screen FX PLC 05 February 2007 Press Release 5 February 2007 ScreenFX plc ("ScreenFX" or "the Company") Contract win - Fareham Shopping Centre ScreenFX plc (AIM:SFX), the digital advertising and communications specialist, today announces that it has been awarded an exclusive ten year contract with Fareham Shopping Centre ("FSC") to supply digital screen solutions for advertising and other media content. FSC, which is based in Fareham in Hampshire, is owned by Jones Lang LaSalle, one of the world's leading real estate services and money management firms. The centre offers 46,000 sq. m. of prime retail space and is one of the most vibrant malls on the South Coast, with an annual footfall of around eleven million consumers per annum. Opened in the 1970's FSC is due to undergo, in March, a multimillion-pound makeover that will create additional shopping space and attract further national anchor stores to the scheme. Current anchor stores include BHS, Boots, M&S, Monsoon, New Look and Woolworths. The proposals to upgrade the centre also include a new undercover linked car park. Commenting on the contract, David Clark, Chief Executive Officer, said: "This is an important win for ScreenFX as it marks the beginning of our relationship with Jones Lang LaSalle and provides us with an excellent opportunity to work closer with them on other projects going forward. "Our entry into FSC has extended our national geographic footprint into another key region and will in time generate a revenue stream for the MallFX division. Fareham has an excellent catchment area and with the centre about to undergo a significant upgrade this year, we believe that the existing footfall of eleven million consumers per annum will be improved on in the future." - Ends - For further information: ScreenFX plc David Clark, Chief Executive Tel: +44 (0) 161 428 5544 info@screenfx.com www.screenfxplc.com Seymour Pierce Limited Stuart Lane, Corporate Finance Tel: +44 (0) 20 7107 8000 stuartlane@seymourpierce.com www.seymourpierce.com Media enquiries: Abchurch Henry Harrison-Topham Tel: +44 (0) 20 7398 7702 henry.ht@abchurch-group.com www.abchurch-group.com Notes to editors: ScreenFX has five operating divisions, these are detailed below: MallFX - a division established in 2004 that provides digital advertising solutions to UK premium shopping malls.
